My complaints are registered below.

Cons: I gave my car to this establisment the last of April of 2010. Today is August 21, 2010 and I do not have my car. Several completion dates have been discussed. Two weeks ago I was promised that my car would be completed by 3:00 PM that Friday. I told the lady that if something happened that my car would not be ready by 3:00 PM that Friday, would she please call me. She said that she would. I live 2 hours away from this facility and I had a friend of mine drive me down on Saturday. The car was in the shop, still on the rack, with 2 mechanics working on it. Today is Saturday, 8-21-10...I spoke with the shop on Tuesday of this week...was promised that the car would be ready by the weekend or perhaps on Monday or Tuesday of next week, as I have been told many times before......all I want is my vehicle. The local police department has said that they cannot help me in this situation.
